The Golan Heights Law
Jerusalem, 14 December 1981
Article 1
Application of Law
The Law, jurisdiction and administration of the state shall apply to the Golan Heights, as delineated in the Schedule.
Article 2
Commencement
This Law shall become into force on the day of its adoption by the Knesset.
Article 3
Implementation and Regulations
The Minister of the Interior is charged with the implementation of this Law, and may, in consultation with the Minister of Justice, make regulations as to any matter related to its implementation and, by regulations, enact transitional provisions as to the continued validity of regulations, orders, administrative directions and rights and duties which were in force on the Golan Heights before the coming into force of this Law.
