Members of the Fourth Palestinian Delegation in London (from left to right front row): Raghib al-Nashashibi , Musa Kazim al-Husseini , Haj Amin al-Husseini , Alfred Roch (next to railing). Neither Jamal al-Husseini nor Awni Abd al-Hadi (who were members of the delegation) appears in the picture. The three men in the back row were late additions to the delegation (from left to right): Azmi al-Nashashibi (as secretary to Raghib and correspondent for the daily “Filastin”); Izz al Din al-Shawa , an activist who had graduated from Cambridge University; and Mustafa Kamal al-Husseini (as secretary to Haj Amin and correspondent of the daily al Jami‘ah al ‘Arabiyyah). The ladies are most likely relatives of Roch accompanying him as his “secretaries.”
