Robbins’s behavior is unethical
because he is not being responsible for his obligations. Respect between
partners is important; among organizations sharing suggestions with one another
acting honestly is essential to their success. When Robbins signed the partnership
they indicated dividing the income equally meant to work just as hard as before
and keep the same number of patients. Now he only wants to see fewer patients
but expect to have the same income, as Barrow for me is not fair.
Barrow, is already aware of the
situation, he may suggest that the income is depending on the number of
patients each other sees. Sharing your ideas is important and Barrow has to
emphasize when Robbins wants to make any change in the organization he has to
inform to Barrow of that because his decision will affect the partnership.
