Charter of the Arab Youth Congress
Jaffa, 4 January 1932
1. Arab countries are parts of an integral unit, and all forms of fragmentation that have befallen them are neither approved nor recognized by the Arab nation.
2. All efforts in each Arab country should be geared toward one objective only, which is full and unified independence, and any proposal that purports to limit the scope of action to local or regional politics should be resisted.
3. Since colonialism in all its forms is totally incompatible with the dignity of the Arab nation and its supreme objective, the Arab nation rejects it and resists it with all its strength.
4. The entire territory of Palestine is sacred Arab land, and whoever seeks, allows, or assists in selling all or part of this land is considered to have committed high treason.
